Impref Civil - Industrial Construction:
a certified management system

In 2005, Impref Srl obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 certification, which certifies the requirements of the company’s quality management system for the “design, construction, maintenance and refurbishment of civil and industrial buildings”.

The certificate was issued by the Certification Body SICI Srl.

Impref Srl also holds Certification of qualification for the execution of public works for categories OG 1 class VII and OG 2 class IV Bis issued by ARGENTA SOA Spa

The company is a member of Confindustria Reggio Emilia.

Impref srl has once again been awarded the Cassa Edile Awards 2025 label, an important recognition from the bilateral system of Edili Reggio Emilia Cassa, referring to its virtuous conduct in complying with rules and national collective agreements.

The company, since 2013, has been included in the “Whitelist” established at the Prefecture of Reggio Emilia.

Impref S.r.l. has also adopted the Management, Organisation and Control Model, complying with the requirements set out by Legislative Decree 231/2001, which governs the administrative liability of entities for offences committed by directors, managers or employees.

The Model adopted by Impref S.r.l. also includes a code of ethics, which defines the set of values that Impref srl recognises, accepts and shares, and the set of responsibilities it assumes both internally and externally, inspired by principles of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business. WHISTLEBLOWING

In implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 was issued concerning “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons who report violations of national legal provisions”.
This legislation provides for the possibility to report conduct, offences or violations committed within the Company and of which one has become aware in the course of their working relationship with it. The aim is to ensure the confidentiality of the reporting person and to protect them from any retaliatory conduct (e.g. mobbing, demotion, dismissal) which, if carried out, is null and void.
In order to comply with the provisions introduced by the aforementioned Legislative Decree 24/2023, Impref s.r.l. has established an internal reporting channel for the submission of reports that ensures confidentiality in accordance with the decree and has also adopted a specific Whistleblowing Procedure (Download the Procedure here), as well as appointing the person responsible for handling reports received through the internal channel.
